About Leadership Tejas
Leadership begins
with purpose.
We empower Hispanic professionals to step into their leadership potential through mentorship, training, and real-world experience.
Our mission
Prepare. Inspire. Empower.
To prepare and inspire participants to assume impactful leadership roles through comprehensive training and personalized mentorship.
Why it matters
Hispanics represent a significant and growing portion of Texas, yet leadership representation remains disproportionately low. Leadership Tejas exists to close that gap by developing talent, nurturing cultural pride, and investing in the future of leadership.
Our vision
An inclusive, thriving Texas where Hispanic leaders are at the forefront of innovation, advocacy, and transformation. A robust community of empowered leaders equipped to create meaningful, lasting change in their organizations and communities.
